What it does

An agent connected to your incoming channels (email, marketplace, and web forms), catalog, and ERP. It understands requests even when customers use different product names, prepares quotes with the current SKU and price, logs them, and routes them to the right salesperson. It responds directly when confidence is sufficient. When uncertain, it escalates with full context.

  • Captures requests across channels, including evenings and weekends
  • Matches requests written in customer terminology to the correct product and part number
  • Quotes the current SKU and price directly from your ERP (Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo, Holded)
  • Recommends an alternative for stockouts and suggests upgrades or complementary products
  • Logs requests, routes them to the right salesperson, and automates follow-up, replacing manual spreadsheets
  • Escalates uncertainty to a person to prevent incorrect automatic sends
