Terms of Service

1. Services

MIRAKI AI provides AI consulting, software development, and automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements.

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. MIRAKI retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and techniques for future work.

MIRAKI AI provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
