  • Calendar bookings: name and email (processed through Google Calendar)
  • Analytics data: anonymized usage data through Vercel Analytics (no personal identifiers)
  • AI assessment: name, email, company and your answers about the company (size, processes, systems and needs)

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Schedule and hold meetings

10. Services

MIRAKI AI provides AI consulting, software development and automation services. The specific scope, deliverables and terms of each project are defined in individual service agreements.

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property created during a project is transferred to the client upon full payment. MIRAKI reserves the right to use anonymized methodologies and techniques in future work.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of a project.

13. Limitation of liability

MIRAKI AI provides its services with the utmost diligence. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
